Sending our love to Soldiers in Iraq
Each of the classes at The Preschool created cards and artwork in August of 2005 to
send to Charlie Company of the 48th Infantry. That Georgia National Guard unit had
just suffered 11 deaths in two weeks. The kids creations went together with a care
package from the church. Scroll down to see all three classes. On September 8, 2005,
Sergeant Tommy Carter of Charlie Company was home in Folkston on a brief leave. He came by
The Preschool to thank our students in person.
